What we believe about the world and about ourselves, results from
the interpretations we place upon our experiences. When these perceptions are negative we are open to develop fears,
anxieties, lack of confidence, and other unhelpful 'patterns' or habits of behaviour. Through the processes of Hypnosis and/or
Block Clearance Therapy we can change the way we think about our, so called, negative experiences, so they no longer get
in our way, or block our progress in life. There are always new ways to look at the world, and my objective is to
help you find them.
For physical well being, tai chi practice caters for most of our fitness needs and promotes
a calm and focussed mental attitude, also enhancing our positive emotional health. Where healing is required,
Reiki is an excellent supportive measure.
