Depression is a multi-layered condition which may
need to be tackled one layer at a time. Firstly, we need to identify exactly what our negative feelings are, and what
it is that triggers those feelings.
By gentle, but honest, self examination we can reclaim our
power and overcome each of the negative emotions. The clearing process will reveal the causes of those negative
emotions, how the beliefs were created and how to replace them with positive strengths.
We all have worth
and value, even if our parents/teachers did not recognise it. We still have a right to enjoy our life, even when our
challenges are difficult. We can refuse to be a victim when we realise we do have some power to control the direction
of our life. We all have something to contribute to the world, a purpose in life, which means we can even find fulfillment.
When we first seek help we may hope that someone else will 'fix' us, which is understandable
if we believe we have no power. However, my techniques aim to put you back in control, one step at a time.
